JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in
Ireland and across mainland Europe.

Leading the team in development of detailed EPC construction schedules
for baseline
agreement with client
Ability to fully resource load schedules and track KPI’s
Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of construction schedule
Track planned versus actual EV progress
Working with construction team members to capture and log any issues
via the appropriate change control mechanisms
Attending site meetings (internal and client based)
Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes
Use of internal database project control system
Monitoring fabrication workshops and site installation output
Productivity tracking of craft labour Spent vs Earned hours
Take lead in production/co-ordination in issuing of weekly
construction reports
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant 3rd level qualification
Minimum of * years post qualification
experience (ideally in a M&E contracting environment)
Experience based on utilising Primavera P6 software required
Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and
experience
